8000nex hands down. Don't need a remote if I have steering wheel control capabilities. Source changing, volume up and down, track changing. Mute and phone pick up and hang up. Remote would've been nice though.

4000 has steering wheel input on top of the included remote!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
