No its not true. Its been done before, the rep who you were speaking with just doesn't know how to do it. Keep trying.

Yes you can, I did. No problems with it, didnt even need to threaten for a return.

They will accept both coupons. I just went to the chat room through their website and talked with a Cruthchfield service rep (Greg) and asked if he could apply the code to my order which he replied yes and did so immediately. No need to even call

My problem is they allowed the $20 off discount, but not the 15% off code. Did anyone have this issue, and if so who was your rep (extension # ) so I can call them to have this added to my order.
Nevermind, i talked to a great customer service rep named "Josh" for CF. He fixed my order and I'm getting a refund of ~$162. Really glad I decided to follow this up
