Can you watch your iPOD videos/shows, etc on your Z1's? 2nd, (slightly off topic) can you only download videos from the iTunes site, or can you get them from, say, your DVR?

You can watch ipod video on the Z1, you need to hook it through a different connector. Look here:

It doesn't connect through the pioneer ipod interface and dock connector. Generally you get a "headphone" to RCA cable. There are video out on the docking connector, but you can't get it from the pioneer ipod interface.

Wire that into the input AV on the back of the Z1.

As for taking DVR info or whatever to the ipod. That depends on the DVR. You can do it with a "ReplayTV" or a series 2 Tivo with an ethernet to usb connection (that's a big discussion).
