The screen actually fold down past 180 degrees so it rubs on the bottom of the unit when it retracts back into the unit, like it got bent some how. Please help me to fix this problem!

My unit wont' retract all the way back into the unit. It stops about 70-80% of the way in and gets stuck. You have to pull on it to get it to come back out, but once it does, it rotates and such just fine...
