It goes where ever you have room for it. There is a molded in cable with connector that is plugged into the back of the Z1, but it can be mounted a ways away if you don't have space next to the headunit in the dash.

I think they unit has a 3 foot cable and it's about 2 inches by 1 inch by 1/2 inch (if I remember right). Just run the cable behind the Z1 and they anywhere behind your dash you have room, the closer to where the phone would be the better, you don't want to hide it behind metal frame braces or something. You want the bluetooth to get to the phone.

The Z1 does not have a hideaway box, are you sure you have a Z1?

I don't know if it needs a disclaimer. If you click on:

www. BIG FLOPPY DONKEY BALLS .com

Did you expect to get the Disney web site or Amazon.com? I thought it was pretty self explanitory. And very funny! :D

ok wow that blew out of proportion. I do have the Z1, and i do have a hide away unit. Becuase i also installed the 6 disk pioneer in dash dvd/cd changer. And i also have the XM radio tuner/hideaway unit. So yes i have the Z1 and yes i have a hide away unit. So can anyone show me where on the back of my Z1 the bluetooth goes?

Just next to the IPBus interface on the rear of the unit, I think the connector is "Red" rather than blue/black (and it's oblong rather than square)
