First of all I would like to thank Admin for all the help... I got alot of help just for reading everybody's postings but just can't seem to find anybody with 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee VSS location and Reverse. Please help on the location and wiring colors please? Thank you for all your imputs.

Follow the link in the first post of that topic. It will tell you where and what color the wire is.

Thanx for the help, not sure if it's the right one because there's no Grand Cherokee listed.

CHEROKEE = GRAND CHEROKEE. They're the same thing.

I followed the above link and found the LT Green/White wire in locaiton 15 but when I hook it up to my D3 the hardware menu does not show any clicks when moving.

Anyone know the real location for this wire?

Well talked to a friend who works for Jeep and got some real info.

If you DON'T have the V6, you can find a VSS wire since they have a different tranny then the V6.

If you have the V6, you need to get a harness that has the VSS wire info taken off the CAN BUS. I have read the PAC C2R-CHY will work.
