I've never owned a D3, so I don't know what resolution screen it has. There are a couple of different size graphics in this thread, so I don't know what to make it.
Let me know what size it should be and I'll make one for you.

Here are a couple I just threw together.
Googled a few images, pasted them together and voila.
I chose the red to match the interior lights better than the blue screens.

Made a few for my AVIC-F900BT a while back. Figured I'd share my artwork with the group. This is the first one I found on my computer and is my current loading screen.

Here's a few OEM looking ones, plus took the one above and just polished it up a little bit 
These were all for an X930 so they're sized to 800x480. Enjoy!
