For the first question, you just have to zoom in more.
The other two aren't possible.

Wiring diagram starts on page 10...
-
Hey it was in the picture, it's not like I magically determined it somehow. lol

-
Wiring diagram is in the manual.
-
I think we scared him off lol

Bluetooth is normally always connected in the background, with or without the cable connected.
-
As I said before, the phone button is for Bluetooth, it has NOTHING to do with the cable.
-
It's in the AVIC bluetooth settings, select the phone, it will show the pairing options.
-
Your phone is probably paired as audio and not hands free and audio.
-
The phone button is for Bluetooth.

It is for sale on ABT's website. It says in stock....
No, it's a preorder; just like everywhere else.

If you bought this unit off of craigslist this soon before it is even officially released then it is likely stolen. It just doesn't make sense for a legitimate dealer to be resorting to craigslist to sell this unit.
Considering Pioneer is located in Long Beach, and the OP is in LA, it's very possible this was a testing unit that was stolen. It also looks like the serial number is 00005.
-
Haha, just searched CLs, I couldn't find that unit. Bummer
That's because the Z140 isn't officially out yet.

Never count on colors matching.
Per the PAC manual http://www.pac-audio.com/PACProductData/C2R-VW2/1_Instructions/c2r-vw2_instructions_031610.pdf
the parking brake is red/white.
-
There are speed cameras in the US?
-
Wow, I don't know how you got one this soon, but congrats!
-
I would say defective or lose cable.
-
Ground the parking brake, move and ground the mute wire, done.
-
You can switch to the rear view input manually.
-
No issues here, running 5.1 on a 4S with a Z130.
-
I don't have any issues running 5.1 on a 4S.
-
Yeah, you can leave that blue/white alone. If memory serves me correctly, blue/white is for a powered antenna connection, but I'm pretty sure that would be on the power harness, not the AV.
Although it's been a long time since I've seen a D3...
