The 1-800 number is a automatic push button response system that prompts you 5 times then you wait on hold for 10-15 minutes on hold only to end up talking to the same grumpy punk ass woman who answers the phone in the service department. The numbers I listed are DIRECT numbers to all the pioneer big wigs offices. I TRULY hate pioneer customer service and I am devoting a small chunk of my free time to make them miserable.

So Pioneer tried to screw me on a repair and overcharge me and ended up stealing my money. Therefore I filed a Better Business Bureau claim and ultimately got my money back!
