  1. After all is said and done, I went back to the clock and connect my AVIC-Z2 to the purple/white (with spots) wire and my AVIC-Z2 is working fine. Just a side note, using a multi-meter to measure output voltage did not work for whatever reason. Anyhow, thanks for all the help. Ron
  2. I tried blue/white, purple/white, violet/white red/white wires at the ECM for both top and second from the top connectors without any success. I thought I might be doing something wrong, so I went to a stereo shop that installs Pioneer AVIC's and they replicate what I did without any success. I am back to square one. Any idea what the next step should be, as I am confused. Thanks, Ron
  3. I got to the ECM, you are correct it was behind the glovebox. How do I test to find out if I have the correct wire. I have a Fluke Multimeter. Thanks, Ron
  4. I looked at the wires at the clock, I found a purple/white wire with greyish spots. Is this the wire. Appreciate all the help. Thanks, Ron
  5. I purchased AVIC-Z2, need help finding the VSS wire and any help would be much appreciated for my 2002 Toyota Camry SE V6 with Auto Tranny.
