I thought it may be because the phone i was trying to use was an iPhone5 and the FW was 1.0000. I downloaded the most up to date firmware and started the install process. I got about 85% done and everything went black. I turned the car off and back on and now I don't get anything on the screen. Completely black with no lights on the buttons or anything no splash or loading screen, just blackness. Am I SOL or is there something I can do. i just purchased the unit 4 days ago from an authorized retailer.
