i have a gm yukon, the installer hooked my illumination wire into the on and off or auto swith its self , and now the d 3 works with my auto headlights.

ur benz should have came with a nav system.

i have a 2004 yukon and its pretty much the same thing as the tohoe,

i have mines under the dash on top of a peice of metal and it gets 8 sats most of the time and i have no problem, but i did have to take my dash apart, but it was not to bad to do.

well the glossy pait that i put on the d 3 will come off also,

i tried it and it came off with out any dammege to the d 3.

well i used a glossy black touch up car paint and its the same glossy look of the d 3 finish, NOW THE WORDS AT THE BOTTOM LOOK LIKE THEY WERE NEVER THERE. try it and let me know.

ur install looks nice

i keep my ipod in a compartment right below the d 3, so i can get to it fast for a video

2008 u got the fresh new ride, give a few weeks and maybe some one will have info on it.
