My factory sub's under the passenger seat, but it appears that the velcro trick's working well. it hasn't moved at all as far as i can tell.

i spent a good 30 minutes trying to find a spot behind the head unit for this thing. i realized that i could barely jam in all the wires and harnesses, so there's no way a receiver would fit back there. let's hope the velcro works as well underneath a seat!

well, after spending the last hour contemplating my options, i decided to move all the wires to the driver side and velcro the receiver under my seat. i hope it doesn't slide around too much.

Whoops! That would help. it's a 2002 subaru wrx wagon. I should also mention that there's already a subwoofer under my passenger seat.

Hi. I'm wondering where you guys who did your own install put the XM Navtraffic unit? I'm done with all the head unit install and wiring, but i can't find a place to jam the xm receiver. There's just no space anywhere near the front of my car. Anybody have an idea where to put the xm receiver? Thanks.
