  1. I have the D3 with CD-BTB200 bluetooth. It has worked perfectly when I had the Motorola Q and the Q9c. I just upgraded my phone to the new HTC Touch Pro and while the phone recognizes the Pioneer Bluetooth unit and says it connects, the bluetooth unit tells me connection error. He said it would take about 50 miles of driving to fully calibrate. After 85 - 100 miles of driving everything still had the same information as noted above. 3. CD worked fine for me. Also, when loading on the D3, You can't select READ FROM DISK in the settings menu. Select Background Images and then click on each one (splash, Nav menu, a/v menu) When you select each one it will ask you if you want to take it from disk. Select that, select your image and then select whether or not you want it centered or tiled (tiled = repeat on the menu)
