Hmm.. I should be able to handle the harness. What about the sattelite receiver? I know the D1 and D3 used different connectors.

Has anyone done an upgrade from a D1 to F-series? My mom had the D1 professionally installed in her G35 and now the screen is starting to exhibit digitizer drift. Figured It'd be better to upgrade to a F-series than to replace it with another D1. Does anyone know if I can re-use the pre-existing wiring from my D1 and just plug n play a F-Series?

I've got an out of warranty D1 that's been having touch screen issues, so I was wondering if I can just buy a D3 and easily swap it in without having to mess with any new/ additional wiring. If I pull out my D1, will a D3 plug in to the existing wiring and antennas already installed in my car? Thanks.
