how do i adjust the treble and bass in the d3. whenever i go to use the eq it wont let me adjust just one of the frequencies i have to adjust like 4 at a time. Then i go to move to a different frequency and the ones I just adjusted move to a different spot

I live in connecticut and recently returned my garmin for this d3. I thought it would have the same amount of spots to choose from but i guess not. Whenever I go to type in an address they never have it! So far I have found a total of 3 addresses out of like 50 in CT.
