  1. Nope the sensor is fine, it reads the MPH readout in that screen. Today it was even worse. Every day it seems to get worse and worse. This is very frustrating. I can only imagine what is going to happed to this thing when it gets hot out here.
  2. I did not hook anything up, I had it installed but I do believe it is hooked up-I do get the MPH readout. why?
  3. I have had this unit for about a month now and every once and a while the Nav would loose track of where it was but would quickly right itself. Yesterday it started doing it alot and would take a long time to right itself. Is this an issue that will keep getting worse and lead to other issues. Any input would be appriciated. Thanks Jared
  4. Does anyone know a way to increase the volume with the Bluetooth on the Z2. I have everything set to the highest level on the unit and the phone and it is still hard for me to hear. I have big mud tires on my truck so there is a little tire noise on the highway. There must be something that can be done to make the volume higher. Thanks Jared
  5. Is there a way to not have the Pioneer logo(at the top) and the copyright info(at the bottom) come up when you put a custome start up screen on? If there is a way can someone let me know how to do it? Thanks Jared

    BT Question

Is there a way to make the volume higher with the Z2's bluetooth. I already have the "phone volume" to the highest. Also is there anyway possible to adjust the volume of anything else that is playing, ie ipod when you pick up a call. I know it already goes down a little but there is still some backround music playing. Thanks Jared
  7. Thanks for everyones help answering my questions. I got the Z2 purchased and installed yesterday in my H3, with Sirius, back up camera, bluetooth, and the ipod . So far I think its great, and my Blackberry pearl linked up fine.
  8. The 2007 models, the later production ones, from what I was told changed from BUS to LAN
  9. Well I went with the Z2 and my H3 is still in the installation shop. Apparently they ran into a problem with the onstar/chime interface. They think it may me a faulty piece. I hope that is all it is and not something to do with the compatability of my truck. I know that Hummer switched from Class-2 Bus to LAN. And mine is LAN. Not sure what either is though, or if this will pose a problem,
  10. I have read through a few posts and want to know if this phone will work with the Bluetooth on the Z2? I called Pioneer and they said no, but I heard from others that it will work
  11. I have been reading about all these freezing problems and it has made me a little hesitant on getting this unit. I live in NJ and it gets rather hot in the summer. Is this an issue that is going to happen no matter what, or are there some of you out there that this has never happened to. I spoke with the dealer who would be putting it in for me and he said he has put about a dozen in so far and has not had one come back yet.
  12. I was all prepared to get a Z2 to replace my factory Nav in my H3, but I keep hearing about all these problems with freezing, etc Should I just go with a D3 and deal with the smaller screen? The 1 disk slot really does not bother me much. Would I be loosing anything else?

  14. I can't decide if I want to replace my factory nav on my 2007 H3 with one of these units. Not sure if I am just wasting my money. The main reasons I want to get a new one is intergrated Sirius bluetooth rear camera the ability to put the remote on the steering wheel If I do it I think I am leaning towards the Z2 because the D3 has a smaller screen than I have now. Any input or suggestions would be great Thanks Jared
