  1. Apologues it was the unit I took out that had the actual and road speed limit displayed.
  2. My UK Avic F40BT shows my actual speed and the roads speed limit on screen, you can switch it on and off in the settings menu.
  3. The Samsung is a bit of a dinosaur but you'll probably need to buy a new cable to connect the 5s so its up to you. Don't buy a cheap cable of Ebay though, they don't work.
  4. There's no audio driver for the WinCe so you can't play Mp3's off the microSD card if that's what you where planning. I leave a jailbroke iPod touch permanently connected.
  5. What model of iPod touch, 4 or 5. Are you using an original Pioneer cable or a cheap copy?
  6. Downloaded about 24Gb of maps, a lot do not work but have finally managed to pick out most of the European ones that I need that do. The clock still keeps losing time, is there a setting that I am missing???? Registry key is set for European time. Does WinCe loose the time when unit is switched off?
  7. Thanks Dejan that file worked, just a slight problem with the clock. Can you or anyone recommend a good source for UK/Europe Igo maps?
  8. I know this is an old thread but is there a working version of this for the Appradio 1 with version 2.64 software? Tried Dejan's download on page 38 and it fails during install saying it is for version 2.63.
  9. Thanks for the info Texbuck, found them on Amazon. http://www.amazon.co.uk/Lexerd-AppRadio-SPH-DA01-Anti-glare-Protector/dp/B005E8RCK4
  10. I had seen that setting and it was set it to the external monitor but still blue screen. Thanks for the suggestion though
  11. Ok thanks for letting me know Waze doesn't work. The NavFree app works for me by the way, I just had to turn off the iPod WiFi so it uses the Pioneer GPS.
  12. Update for the SPH-DA100 which I presume is yours is quiet old (Feb 2013) its version 8.30 but says it does provide better iPod touch support so might help. http://www.pioneer.eu/uk/products/archive/SPH-DA100/media.html Go into your setting and see what version your on first.
  13. I internet share off my phone to the iPod if needed. I understand that most people will use an iPhone with AppRadio but I have a Windows 8 phone. The iPod touch works great with most things and I can just leave it permanently plugged in. Don't understand your question about what version of AppRadio I have. Do you mean the headunit ( Appradio 1 ) or the software version (v2.64) ?
  14. On mine it is :- Settings, General then the rectangular screen icon ( bottom left ) then LCD. You can set the brightness level from 1 to 6. If 6 is not bright enough move to the UK where we don't get any bright sunny days
  15. Which countries are you in? European units don't need a bypass. US try here :- http://www.microbypass.com/
