  3. Hello, I have the N4 for about a week, I installed myself. I have 1 question in reguards to the Sirius traffic. When I select the traffic source it goes to Sirius on channel 148, which is NYC traffic, however i get no audio (sound). Whats wrong? I have the Sirius SIR-PNR2. I know traffic button is only like a preset button to whatever you set it to. Everything else with the sirius works fine strangly enough if i manually tune it to 148 the audio is fine. Its like that preset isnt workin for me, makes no sense. Any clue guys?
  4. Hello, I Just bought the avic-n4 and it's great. One question how do you update the navigation. I assume by buying a new navigation cd. Looking at the pioneer web site the cd's are $250.00. Thats alittle pricey. Is that the deal? At that price I should make a duplicate of my cd in case i scratch it. Is duplication easy or is it write protected like DVD's.
  5. Hello, I have the N4 for about a week, I installed myself. That turned into more work then I thought it would be. When I first installed the unit I did so with the reverse camera and a cd changer. Yesterday I went to the store and purchased the blue tooth, ipod wire, and sirius. This baby is fully loaded now! Everything is working great. I have 1 question in reguards to the Sirius traffic. When I select the traffic source it goes to Sirius with channel 148, which is NYC traffic, however i get no sound. 6. Thank You for your advise. I got the phone book transfered. I found out some phones allow for the entire phonebook to be transfered in 1 shot, however the razr is not one of them. With the razr you have to do it 1 contact at a time. Its slow but it works. After the N4 is in phonebook transfer mode go to your first contact on your phone and select option, go down to select send vCard, go down to bluetooth, and select Pioneer BT unit. At that point the phone will turn on the its bluetooth and send that contact to the N4. Keep going down your contact list and repeat the above steps.

The directions from the bluetooth seems easy. I think my phone doesnt support phon

    Question

Hello people, yesterday I bought the N4 and installed it. Incredible unit. I also have a plug and play sirius sportster that i purchased along time ago with a lifetime membership. Is there a way to listen to it through the N4 such as using a aux input? Right now im listening to it by using the fm transmitter. With my old pioneer headunit I purchased a aux input add on box that needed to be powered up and was installed between the Cd changer and the headunit. What I had to do was put a blank CD in the changer to listen to the sportster. Again is there a better way. I dont want to add the sirius
