Thanks for the advice, but I would like to fix my current problem not drop more cash for another iPod. Anyone else know how to fix my problem?

I hooked up my new Ipod Nano 3rd gen, and am having a problem. It plays my playlists and music fine. However the "Now Playing" displays the song that I started out with, and never refreshes the display to a new song. It will continue shuffling through my playlist, but the display is always stuck on the first song I started with. Anyone else having this problem, or know of a fix? Any help would be appreciated.
