So once again I searched but I didn't find the answer. Sometimes while driving on the navigation screen the "pointer"(I'm not sure) randomly starts flying across the map, in the vehicle dynamics screen sometimes it will randomly pop up with the gauge selector and recently on the radio screen it will repeatedly press one of the presets over and over so you can't change the station without it going right back to the preset. The screen was out of calibration which I fixed once before and it came back, I know how to recalibrate it but I don't know if that's the overall problem. It seems everything
