i have my phone paired with my z2 and the problem i'm having is that when ever i receive a call only the number and not the name i have the contact on is showing? how can i fix this?

For some reason the music that i have on the library only plays for about 10 seconds and then skips to the next track. i checked all the settings and everything looks normal.Can anyone help me?
