aaaaaand pioneer's website has crashed... this is probably lucky for me so I don't attempt to rush-install it before I go to work. Anyone else able to get into their site recently?

Just a guess, but I recall there being an issue previously with iPhone's requiring USB1 for input. Are you using the other USB input on the back by chance?
