Hello All - First post to the site. I installed my 8000 about a month ago, and am excited about the Carplay update as it was one of the main reasons for shelling out the $.
I am trying the run the firmware update and it just sits there with the "Reading..." screen. How long am I supposed to wait at this screen before it flips to the next screen? I have tried two different USB sticks (different brands) with the file folder on the root of a freshly formatted drive.
Please help! I tried calling Pioneer and they ran through the same things I did and then said I would have to send it in for
