Having the exact same problem. I thought it was linked to CarPlay, but it happens even when My iPhone is not plugged in.

I recently had a 5000-NEX installed in my new Mazda CX-5. I have one issue which I haven't seen anyone else mention. The image from my reverse camera is fine until I plug in my iPhone and CarPlay starts up. Then if I put the car in reverse, the image from the camera is completely pixellated/blurry. Has anyone else seen this issue or could suggest a fix? I can't think why this would happen. Thanks.
