There are no steering wheel controls.One thing I noticed is the problems happen more when the lights are on at night. I checked all my grounds and the xm and ipod are wired right to the battery. I called Metra and they could not help me at all. I ordered a new interface harness from Peripheral and hoping that the Metra interface is bad.I installed a lot of systems in my car and this one is the strangest.

I have a Z-2 with ipod and xm adapters along with a Metra harness to go along with the factory Infinity amp system in my 08 Jeep Wrangler. The problem is that when I hit the brakes the volume drops and then goes back to normal once I release it. Also the seat belt warning light comes on when I apply the turn signal. I checked all the connections and everything is fine and also I did the 2 wire bypass which works great. I cannot see any problems with the setup. Any suggestions from you guys would be great.These problems only started after I installed the system.
