The bypass worked for a while (self installed) and roblem.now it IS NOT working. I checked the lead for the parking brake and the mute wire are grounded properly! I made sure the mute wire is plugged into the top right slot on the harness with the flat part facing upwards and its in there really tight! Could this be a software issue? Im about to go pull the unit out again for the 4th time but really want to be sure, i even had an installer look at it who did the same thing in his car and is puzzled as to why its not working. As to not working i get the "system detected improper connection...."
