Friend came in with his X940BT which is about 8 months old. It won't turn on at all. Is there a hard reset button somewhere? Fuse is good and there is power at the connector. Thanks for any help.

I will start by apologizing because I'm sure the info is already mentioned, but I couldn't find it while searching. I have a 2007 Dodge Charger, and am installing an AVIC-D3. I ordered the Factory Navigation bezel, the CHYAH05, and of course the D3. I need an antennna adapter and what else to complete the install? I am holding off on the steering wheel controls for now. I called an install shop and they tried to sell me a Metra 76-504 amplifier bypass, ???. Thank you for all the help guys.
