Thanks , what was the issue? I just sent mine in today , bummer. How long did it take to get back!

I turned on my truck today and the radio keeps going back and forth from a " loading screen and to NEX screen, I tried to reset and disconnect the radio but I still get the same message. Has anyone had this issue?
