OK, bought a Slimport. Does it basically take the place of the MHL adapter, IE USB #2/HDMI connect to it? Hopefully it'll be here by Friday and I can test this.

I'll certainly share any info I find. Got the HDMI/USB cable suite today and connected it. Changed Smartphone settings to other/HDMI and AR shows connected via bluetooth, but I can't seem to get the connection to establish via the cable.

I'm going to grab a cd-ah200 today - I think this may be what I need.

Is your NEX the 8000?

All I've got is the MU200 cable I mentioned above presently.

Hello all, As the title implies, I'm offering up a $20 bounty to anyone who can point me in the right direction to getting my 8000NEX to fully mirror my LG G3, with a custom ROM. I have a CD-MU200 and ARUnchained installed, but can't seem to get beyond that. Thanks for any help!

Hate to revive a dead thread, but trying to figure out how to make this work! I've got the MU200 cable, AR Unchained and an 8000NEX head unit. I have a G3 with a custom rom. Anyone willing to help me a bit?
