went to tech that installed it states the brain is oriented correctly but lays at a 45 degree angle, would that cause a problem?

yea, the brain is right, and it was installed professionally, it just wont track turns well for about 15 seconds, its ok on a highway but in a city or development its hell??? VSS is good, and antenna is clear???

Hi guys, maybe an easy fix, but ill ask. When the nav screen is up, and tracking OK, Ill take a turn and the icon goes off the road???? 10-30 seconds later it jumps location back to the road and tracks OK until I turn again?????? easy fix???? any one with help???? I have had the Kenwood DDX 8017 with the Kenwood/Garmin nav and it tracked fine. Oh I have a brand new Avis N-1 with Sirus and steering wheel controls in a 2006 ford f350 SRW King Ranch with powerstroke DSL? Thanks, Patrick
