I can't get past the 1st screen calibration test... It says, trace the white line... I do, then hit "back"and it says it is outside of parameters...any ideas?

once you make the changes... how do you save them?

When I touch the left side of the screen, it is about 1 or more inches off. The right side is fine, but I can no longer use any of the touchscreen buttons on the left side...I think it needs to be recalibrated...? Basically makes the Nav useless, except for looking at the map...because the screen is soo far off... Can anyone help? Please...
