the unit has been fully updated with no results. All I get now is a message on the ipod that says OK to disconnect

I have the interface cable hooked up to my d3. When I tried to use my 4th gen ipod, the ipod selection isn't greyed out anymore but when I press it and go to the ipod player section, nothing comes up. My ipod charges and still has full functionality but I can't access anything on my D3 screen. help!?

does anybody know the resolution size for the images?
