I cannot scroll... Is it due to the fact that I should connect a wire to the hand brake (or connect it to the ground to bypass it) ?

Hi to everyone, I have a problem with my new AVIC F960BT. I cannot accept the user license when I start the map. The "refuse" and "accept" are inactive. And I can not scroll the text. Whenever I drive or stay still. I tried to reset, disconnect the battery and fuse and even put another language. It is strange, because the navigation works in background because the street names appear at the bottom when on the home page and I even have the gentle lady voice informing me of the speed limit changes (she speaks in English even if I chose French...). But I always comeback on this scree
