  1. I guess it is a problem with the ipod, plugged in a friends older ipod and it charges fine. I dont think it would be the cable because it was working fine a couple weeks ago. Thinking about trashing the ipod and going with the zune with the a/v kit. I realize I will have to manually control the zune but it seems like a lot less hassle. I want something that is reliable.
  2. Sorry, have the new 4 gig video ipod nano and I have tried to hook the ipod up with the charge off. I realize the ipod is supposed to frezze once hooked to the D3 but it doesnt display the Pioneer logo and I am positive it is not charging because it will go dead while listening. It does charge when hooked to my computer. Also I still can control the ipod from the D3.
  3. Already did extensive research on here and checked the Ipod charge "ON" feature, had 1.0.3 on ipod and tried 1.0.2 and 1.0.1 and still have the same problem. The Ipod freezes and does not charge when connected. Any ideas or suggestions.
  4. After updating to the new firmware a couple of days ago my Ipod does not display "Pioneer" when plugged in to my D3, it also doesnt charge. Is anyone else having the same issue? I have reset and restored the Ipod and still no change. I can still control the Ipod though the D3 but the screen on the ipod is frozen. Should I research how to rollback the software on the Ipod??
