I went to Best Buy, the installer told me they didnt install the vss wire. I bought the install kit, gmos 04 adapter, and antenna adapter for 136.00 shipped from crutchfield. Most installers (local car stereo shops) wanted over 200.00 for the parts, and 200.00 labor to install. If you get the install manager at Bestbuy, and work a deal they offered me a install for 150.00...provided you have the parts. I think I am going to attempt this on my own. Good Luck

I am installing a Z1 in a 2007 Pontiac Grand Prix 3800 Supercharged. Ive researched the post here and came up with one close match. Can any one tell me if the Throttle Actuator Control is the same as the VSS for my car? And, could I get a specific location/picture where to find it..thanks ps. Bestbuy informed me not to worry about hooking it up, the installer stated they dont on their installs. They said the unit will be accurate with in 2 feet with out it. Opinions wanted also I am installing this with a Gmos 04 module.. I am assuming I connect the RCA connector1 to this RCA on th
