  1. Should be in the settings profile and then the about submenu. Should bring up all different types of version of the java your running and OS etc...
  2. I ordered it. I'll let you all know how it goes since it looks like no one else has this set up yet.
  3. You know what bluetooth version you have?
  4. The wife's phone is V4.2.2.176, platform 3.0.0.79. From looking online the Telus 8130 is running the new v4.3.x.xxx. But I can't tell from the other providers. From what I saw from forums the new OS adds new functions to applications and purtied it all up a bit. I can't imagine that it would effect the functionality with the BTB. I think one of the main things people seem to miss is that bluetooth v.1 did not have file transfer, etc. or it did not work that well if it was there. With older phones like mine a person would have to flash their phone to the newer OS that would include the BT
  5. Update** I think there is something wrong with my Avic or BT adaptor because not even my friend's at&t blackberry pearl will auto connect. Nothing saves in the list of registered devices on my D3. Help please!? My first question would be if you are completely registering the phone? And I also suggest hitting BACK and not ESC afterwards. And as far as The auto connect problem, I think it is directly related to the phone registry bu
  6. What version OS are you running on your BB?
  7. I've read that some poeple have successfully connected the Pearl 8100 to the BTB200 with v4.2. I have Verizons new Pearl 8130(just an updated pearl) with v4.3. Has anyone here tried to connect the two or should I just assume that it works since the 8100 Pearl works. I know the phones are identicle with minor cosmetic changes and a few new features. And insight?
  8. I see on a few threads that the Cingular version of the Pearl works with the bluetooth(correct me if I'm mistaken) but I can't seem to find if its the same for the Verizon version. I know Verizon tends to limit the phones capabilities. My Pearl is (v4.30.60 - Platform 3.1.0.32) Micro Edition Bluetooth v1.1 Any help?
