Okay so here the deal. My system has been installed over 2 years and never had any problems. All of a sudden one day I turn my car on and get a huge amount of engine noise. So loud that I had to turn the gains on my amp off to be able to drive. My specs are. Avicz2. Mono and 4 channel amp. New Inteiors and tweeters. So everyone told me it was ground issue. I checked my grounds and moved them twice. Even tried hooking up jumper cables directly tithe grounds then to the battery negative to make sure I got a good ground. Didn't fix anything. Still got the same amount of engine noise.

right now i have a z2 and am selling my car, i want to put a d3 in the car i have now to sell it so i can take my Z2 with me. Does the D3 have the same exact cables and wires and everything as the Z2? So would i be able to just take the Z2 ou and plug those wires riht into the D3 and be good to go? Thanks in advance!

Is it possible to buy the cables wires and mounting kit and everything else that came with the Z2? i want to buy everything except the Z2 pretty much. I am buying a new car and want to put the Z2 in the new car but i dont feel like taking every single cable out of the old car. Would it be worth it to buy new cables? Is it possible, where can i get them? Should i just go to a local audio shop and have them get it for me? please any help would be apperciated. thanks in advance!

I have an old lcd monitor from my computer then i dont use any more. How would i hook up the vga cable to piggyback off my z2? anyone know if this is possible?

And no it does not skip while driving, it runs great, top notch

I Bought a power inverter at best buy. They say to run a ps2 200 watts is enough. I got the next step up a 400 watt inverter. It has 2 outputs and a cooling fan. The only thing is that they say anything more then 80 watts to not connect through the cig lighter. The inverter also came with alligator clamps that you clmap on to your battery. They work well if the car isnt moving. I took those clamps off and put better terminals on it, so they stay on the battery nice and tight. Then ran a 1 foot extension cord to the ps2.

Hey guys i tried hooking my ps2 up to my avic-z2 and i cant seem to get it too work. It has power and everything and yes it is plugged in. All 3 connectors from the PS2 are hooked up to the red white and yellow(video) cable. When i power up the ps2 nothing happens. Anyone know how to get the ps2 onto the z2 screen? please any help would be greatly appreicated.
