the face plate came out awsome, looks great, I have fooled a few people with it already. as for the anttenas, i didnt install them in dash because i had problems with the factory nav unit not getting a good signal and that is where the anttena was located. better safe then sorry. They really arent noticable at all unless you know they are there. i have since put black silicone around the wires. Everything is working great so far. this site has been lots of help. thanks to everyone here.

yes, can i sync without messing with the music? just do contacts and photos. if i sync the music it takes a while, i have like 1000 songs on it. anyways still learning how to use it and the z2

Any onw know this?? When i play off the ipod interface on my Z2 it always has repeat one or i can change it to repeat all. How do I get rid of the repeat alltogether?? I hate that i have to listen to the song over again, please help, also when using the shuffle, does it just shuffle in the selected playlist. thanks

found my phone didn't have music on it. Must have cleared last sync. Its working good now. Thanks

On my z2 I have the ipod interface and its not working for my Iphone. It worked the other day, since then i have loaded a lot of music on it so i can use it with the avic. when i hook it up the phone says not a compatible device, then ask if i want to go to airplane mode. I hope i can get this working cause thats alot of music and i want to listen to it. thanks

Just wanted to post a few pics of my install in my Escape, thanks to this site it is bypassed and working great, have bluetooth, camera, ipod, and XM with nav traffic, cost about 1700 for all items. so far so good got rid of those huge pics. check below for better pics

Ok I have the Z2, the gex-p10xmt, and the ipod interface. do i need to hook up the ip bus wire on the xm tuner, or just the data wire and run the ip bus from the ipod interface to the head unit? please help. thanks.
