Hi, I just picked up an AVH-4100 NEX and fitted it to my 2014 Jeep Patriot, everything works fine except for the fact when i hit any of the buttons it opens the faceplate and the touchscreen stops working, after that i have to reset to use the stereo. Pretty sure i have a dud unit but wanted to see if anyone had seen this or had any suggestions?
