OK cool.. thanks for the heads up...

does it matter what direction the fuse is.. i had my unit taken out of my last car and the connector was cut off so it can be hooked up close to a onstar/bose box.... so now i have the fuse and about 4 inches of wire on either side of the little black pioneer fuse resistor holder... does it only work oneway? i am thinking the side that is stripped is the side to the head unit... can anybody help? thanks Andre

how much did they charge you? my estimate was $405 Canadian.

Anybody ever have Pioneer change out the main board? i sent my unit in for the flex cable and was told the main board was bad.

Sent it to Pioneer and told me the main control was bad... $415 to fix. anybody ever have this go wrong?. Should i fix it or get a D3 for $799 (buddy works at Futureshop and will get me a deal) BTW prices in Canadian funs thanks Andre
