  1. thanks... I believe thats the CD-SR11 I just got one from ebay for $26. It came in today. For anyone else interested, the only buttons that work are the volume, track change, disc change (for disc changers), and source. You have to play with the angles and steering wheel placement to make sure it points to the D3. The sensor is on the bottom of the remote as well. So just like how he has his in the pic, you'll most likely have to have it upside down. Unlike him tho, I have mine on the left side since I drive mostly with one hand... the left one.
  2. so no one knows if these steering wheel remotes work for the D3???
  3. Service Provider: Sprint Phone-SW Version: HTC Touch (w/ Jetware installed) Autoconnect: Yes Basic Function: (Make & Recieve a call, Call History, Preset Memory) Phone Book Transfer: With Jetware I can push the whole book Voice Calling: Yes, Seems to work, but phone commands are not ouput through car's speaker Signal & Battery Strength Indicator: Yes / Yes BT Audio Capable?: Not tested Question... I can't get the Caller ID to show up on the D3... anyone able to get their caller ID up on a WM6 PPC???
  4. I paid $678 for the D3x package (with remote, bluetooth, and ipod interface) off of ebay. there's alot of great deals on there.
  5. yeah I actually figured out how to change tracks atleast with the remote. But I really want to know if any of these steering remotes by pioneer would work for the D3????? because I have the 1st gen Scion Tc and it doesn't have steering wheel controls. The remote for the D3 is too damn big for me. I searched the forum and found no confirmation...
  6. I got the D3x that came with that "useless" dvd remote. I basically run everything off my ipod on my d3 and that remote won't even skip tracks for me or anything. I was wondering does the CD-SR80 work with the D3? I've seen it included with some Z1-Z2 packages on ebay but wasn't sure if it can work with the D3 as well...
  7. thanks alot for that!! I thought I was stuck to buy a stock radio from ebay. LOL.
  8. I'm about to order the D3 for my Scion in the next few weeks. I been searching post on this forum about the install for it and notice how everyone is using the stock brackets. I currently have a Sony Explode CD deck (1 bin) in a kit (I believe a Metra one). I don't have the stock CD deck anymore. Is there a way I can use the brackets on that kit?... or do I absolutely need the stock brackets?
