  1. What about the Bold 9700? I see you guys got the original bold 9000 to connect so is it safe to assume the new bold will work as well?? Has anyone tried it? I just recently tried the Bold 9700 and I can't get it to pair. I don't know what to do.
  2. I actually found a place in Redwood City that said they would do it for $75. I'm taking my car in tomorrow morning. Fingers crossed...
  3. Thanks for that advice. I will definitely try that. I also wouldn't mind finding someone here in the forum that might want to help me out as well.
  4. I've read alot of the posts about how to perform the bypass for the D3. However, it still doesn't make sense to me. I'm a girl that doesn't know alot about this kind of stuff as I tried to state in my other post before it was "locked." Is there anyone in the San Mateo area of California that would be willing to perform the bypass on my 2005 Chevy Tahoe?
  5. I just had the Avic D3 installed in my 2005 Tahoe. The guy that installed it would not do the bypass because of liability reasons. My father knows how to do it because he installed the same unit in his FJ Cruiser but he lives in Texas and can't do it for me. Can someone please give me some "girl-friendly" instructions on how to do the bypass? Or is there someone who lives around my area that would be willing to come do it for me? I really want to be able to watch iPod videos and DVD's while I'm driving and operate the full NAV system. Thanks in advance for any help!
