Okay, On this parkway I use, it is always red 24/7 from one end to other which is about 24 miles. Does that mean that some time ago it was like this and never got updated? thx

Hey All, Hope someone can help. I recently installed the 8200nex in my new vehicle. Nav works with one slight annoying problem. It constantly shows "red" lanes (congestion) where there is no traffic at all. A couple days ago, I was on interstate in stop and go traffic and it showed my direction green and the other direction lanes as red even though they had no traffic. There is also a parkway type highway I use every day and it constantly shows both directions red even though there is no traffic at all.. I called pioneer and they advised to do a GPS factory reset. I did and no help. A
