That would be the obvious thing to do, but it doesn't do anything when the screen is open. Does it for you?

So, it looks like my DVD/CD drive died (which I barely even use, so I don't understand how it died). I have a Z1 upgraded to a Z3 with a new HDD. My problem is this: The "Unreadable Disc" banner remains on the screen the entire time you are in Audio Mode, and blocks other things like the Artist Name on XM. I can't figure out how to eject the CD, and then get the screen to flip back up. When I eject the CD, how do I get the screen to flip back up without putting a new CD in the drive? I tried hitting the eject button on the face to no avail. Any ideas?

So.. everyone is installing the official Pioneer Z2 firmware upgrade after upgrading their Z1 -> Z2 using the method here?

Hi.. great info on this forum! Question for those who have upgraded their Z1 to a Z2.. I plan on buying a new HD and installing the Z2Bypass Image that is floating around on these forums. If things go wrong, should I be able to put my original HD (with the orig. Z1 image) back in my Z1, and it will work? Also, if I am using a new and blank HD, do I still need to unlock it, or can I just image it using Acronis? Thanks!
