Can someone walk me through this step by step. I really don't understand this computer stuff. I downloaded the file and extracted everything then put them on the zip drive and plugged it into usb1. Nothing happened. I don't want to be without my stereo for weeks sending it to Pioneer. Please help! 4200NEX

My screen calibration is messed up. I cannot even enter my password. It won't let me go to the number screen or any of the system settings the only screen I can see is the password screen I need help with factory reset or hard reset using front buttons or any other possibilities. Please help.
