i found they never connected when they installed it i looked in the box and found the connector

Hello, I am trying to do the 2 wire bypass on my new avic z2 and i grounded out the p brake wire and that worked. When i look at the instructions it says to ground out the the second wire on the bottom right of the connector 2 terminal but i dont have that. pins are there just nothing with wires. any ideas on what to do next??
