Has anyone had luck transferring contacts from the HTC Droid Incredible to the D3? I keep getting disconnected while trying to do so. Can someone help out?

I just got my D3 installed on sunday in my 05 nissan altima and i saw very faint whiteish gray lines on the screen only on certain screens..so i got it replaced and it has the same issues..any idea why?
