Just because I want an 'all in one' system. I have a diagnostics system for my 2008 corvette, that allows me to log rpm, speed, AFR, LTFT's, temps, etc etc...would be nice to be able to glance over and look.

Is it possible to connect the avic-d3 input to a computer? I'd love to be able to see some software that is on a laptop, on the screen.

I have the correct version.

Hi, I have a 2008 corvette. I just put the avic-d3 in with the GMOS-04 adapter. Everything seems to work right, except when I push the Onstar button...the radio mutes...but nothing is heard. If I turn the car off, then back on...I usually start to hear the onstar voice talking. I have NO bose.

Would that cause the error message on the parking brake not being connected right?

I did the bypass last night...I notice when I start my car and the nav comes up...I get a warning saying the parking brake isn't connected right on the screen...I am able to view maps and press the screen on the map...is this right? EDIT: It seems like it isnt working...DVD cuts off at 10mph. I dont see how I did this wrong though...I moved the mute wire from the one location to the one directly above it...connected the parking brake wire on the GMOS-04 harness to the Parking brake wire of the radio...then grounded those two with the MUTE wire....was that right? I just installed the D3 in my 2008 corvette. When I goto the map, even though I have a GPS sat or two in my status, it marks me as being in California...I live in Pennsylvania. I put the east coast disc in. Also, when I goto the dynamics page..only the MPH guage is available...the others say not available at this time...why?

I will be installing my Avic-D3 soon. I will be using the IPOD connector to connect to my ipod touch. Will I be able to easily search via the avic my artists? I have 660 artists...and hope I dont have to scroll all the way down. Will I either be able to touch an 'F' to show all 'F' artists? Or search for letters?

did you find a fix to this? I will be installing mine in a month or so n my 2008 vette....

Has anyone made any other C6 corvette backgrounds aside from the older ones posted here?
