Dont know if im posting in the right location, sorry in advanced if im not but i just got my HD radio adapter for my D3 and i dont know why the HD2 stations come in and out. for instance if im listening to a regular radio station, it will say HD1 but then i can go over to their HD section of that staion and when i hear the music, it plays, then stops and just keeps going in and out. is this a reception issue or just the HD itself.

So i dont know if any of you have a similar issue or can help with mine, i got a D3 and the guy hard wired it. dont know why. but when im driving it shuts off for a split second and comes back on. But when it shuts off, it doesnt restart as if you were just starting up your car, it comes back on to the same station or nav where i was driving.

it doesnt even seem as if its connected even though it is. it doesnt receive any stations, just scans. what does the screen look like when the hd is connected?

So i just tried installing my HD radio tuner mode GEX-P10HD. Pluged everything in correctly. Grounded the black wire and connected the yellow wire to the battery wire running to the D3. The directions say i dont need to plug the antenna in the back on the radio anymore, to plug it into the HD tuner adapter, so i did and nothing. Now i rechecked all my connections and cant seem to find where the problem is lying. i dont get any radio sound. One thing i read was if i am using a nav system with xmnav traffic, to get an antenna splitter and connect it through that, but im not using xmnav (dont hav
